Visitors enjoy whale-watching at Shoreline Park, touring local wineries, and exploring the Maritime Museum. The only complaint many people have about Santa Barbara is the competitive and expensive housing market. We believe SB 9 urban lot splits and duplex developments can create more “missing middle” options for SB renters and homeowners of all income levels.
