San José is a very popular place to live, and inhabitants of this Santa Clara city love its excellent schools, miles of hiking trails, perfect weather, and fun nightlife. Visitors enjoy exploring the Winchester Mystery House, observing mummies and ancient artifacts at the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, hiking the Los Gatos Creek Trail, and discovering treasures at California’s largest flea market. Unfortunately for its residents, housing costs in the “Capital of Silicon Valley” are through the roof. With the city’s friendly SB 9 ordinance, we believe the new law can help create more affordable housing options in SJ for residents across the income spectrum.
