The people who make their home in the Los Angeles suburb love their neighborhood’s diverse and inclusive community, excellent school district, and small-town feel (and the convenient proximity to LAX doesn’t hurt, either). Locals as well as tourists have fun visiting the local Arts District, touring Sony Pictures Studios, and hiking the Baldwin Park Scenic Overlook. Not surprisingly, home prices in Culver City are very expensive. We think SB 9 can help make this great town more livable by increasing “missing middle” housing options for Californians of all income levels.
