Information You Provide to Us  

The information we collect on or through our Site may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site, interacting with Site features such “Check SB 9 Eligibility,” requesting further services, contacting us or reporting a problem with our Site. 
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us.
• Details of transactions when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers or bank wiring information), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. We do not collect Order Information automatically, but we may tie Device Information collected automatically to Order Information that you provide to us.

• To another company that buys some, or all, of the assets or stock of Homestead Futures Inc., and that company may use and disclose Personal Information for purposes similar to what is described in this policy.  Homestead may also disclose Personal Information with prospective v purchasers to evaluate the proposed transaction.
