Fullerton’s residents love their Los Angeles suburb for its excellent schools, diverse community, and fun downtown nightlife. Popular activities include strolling around Laguna Lake Park, touring the Muckenthaler House Art and Cultural Center, and exploring the Cal State campus. We think SB 9 has the potential to make this beloved Orange County city more affordable by adding “missing middle” housing options for people across the income spectrum.
